    Refund policy

    Returns/ Exchanges/ Refunds

    1. Eligibility
    Galtic does not accept returns except under the following circumstances:

    • Wrong product shipped
    • Defective product received

    To be eligible for a return and refund, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging. If returns are initiated for any other reason store credit may be provided. Returns must be initiated within 3 days from the date of delivery.

    2. Return Process
    Customers should contact Galtic's customer support at customercare@galtic.in to initiate the return process. A return authorization and shipping instructions will be provided. Or customers can place a direct return request through their Galtic customer account.

    3. Refund
    Once the returned item is received and inspected, customers will be notified of the approval or rejection of the refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days post quality check and will reflect in the original payment mode within 7-14 business days.

    4. Return Shipping
    Galtic covers shipping costs only if the wrong product or defective item was shipped. In all other cases, customers are charged a flat fee of Rs 450 which will be deducted from the refund.

    5. Non-Returnable Items
    Certain items, such as personalized or final sale products, are non-returnable.

    Replacement/Exchange Policy

    1. Eligibility
    To be eligible for a replacement or exchange, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging. Exchanges can only be initiated for:

    • Size issues
    • Wrong or defective items received

    All replacement/exchange requests must be made within 3 days from the date of delivery. Returns or refunds will only be provided if a defective or wrong product was shipped.

    2. Replacement/Exchange Process
    Customers should contact Galtic's customer support at customercare@galtic.in to initiate the replacement/exchange process within 3 days from delivery. A return authorization and shipping instructions will be provided. Exchanges will be accommodated for the same or higher value items whenever possible.

    3. Replacement/Exchange Shipping
    Galtic covers shipping costs for replacement or exchange requests. Customers are responsible for any additional charges if exchanging for a higher value item.
