Each GALTIC creation is proudly designed in India and crafted by skilled artisans using globally sourced luxury fabrics. Our yarns are often sourced from California, Peru, Denizli and transformed into fine fabrics by Indian craftsmen.
We recommend dry cleaning for silk satin pieces and gentle machine wash or hand wash for cotton garments. Each item includes care instructions to ensure longevity and fabric integrity.

Currently, we do not offer custom fits or tailoring. All our designs follow GALTIC’s signature silhouettes and size standards.
Sizing
Each product page includes a detailed size guide for that specific category shirts, dresses, or polos. We recommend checking measurements before placing an order.
If you fall between sizes, we suggest choosing the larger size for comfort. For silk satin garments, a slightly looser fit ensures a graceful drape.
Orders
Simply select your preferred product, size, and color, then click “Add to Cart” and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

Once your payment is successfully processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email and SMS with your order details.
Yes, cancellations are possible within 2 hours of purchase, provided the item has not yet been shipped.
Returns/ Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 3 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items with original tags and packaging intact.

Refunds are issued in the original payment mode once the returned item passes our quality check.
Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days after we receive the returned item and verify its condition.
Yes. Exchanges are available for size and color, subject to stock availability.
Accessories, scarves, and limited-edition pieces are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless defective.

We offer standard shipping in 5-7 days and express shipping in 2-3 days in
