Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing and Fulfilment
We strive to deliver your Galtic products with utmost care and efficiency. Orders are processed within
3 business days from the date of purchase, and fulfilment times may vary based on product
availability. Customers will receive a confirmation email upon successful order placement. If the
product is not available please allow 3 weeks to fulfil the order.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery
Galtic offers standard and expedited shipping options. Delivery times depend on the shipping method
selected during checkout. Standard shipping typically takes 5 – 7 business days, while expedited
shipping may arrive within 2-3 business days. These estimates are subject to change based on
unforeseen circumstances and product availability.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and are based on the selected shipping method and
delivery destination.
4. International Shipping
Galtic ships internationally, and customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed
by their respective countries.
5. Order Tracking
Upon shipment, customers will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, to monitor the status of
their order.
Replacement/ Exchange Policy
1. Eligibility
To be eligible for a replacement/exchange, items must be unused, in the same condition as received,
and in their original packaging. Replacement/ exchange must be initiated within 7 days of receiving
the product. We offer replacements or exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon
receipt. If you need to exchange an item for a different size, please contact us, and we'll do our best
to accommodate your request.
2. Replacement/Exchange Process
Customers should contact Galtic's customer support at customercare@galtic.in to initiate the
replacement/exchange process within 7 days from the date of delivery. A return authorization and
shipping instructions will be provided.
3. Replacement/Exchange Shipping
Galtic covers shipping costs for replacement requests. Exchanges are processed for the same or
higher value.
Return Policy
1. Eligibility
We want you to be delighted with your Galtic purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you
may return eligible items. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as
received, and in their original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the
product.
2. Return Process
Customers should contact Galtic's customer support at customercare@galtic.in to initiate the return
process within 7 days from the date of delivery. A return authorization and shipping instructions will be
provided.
3. Refund
Once the returned item is received and inspected, customers will be notified of the approval or
rejection of the refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied
to the original payment method. Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days post quality check,
reflecting in your original payment mode within 7-14 business days. If an order is cancelled after
shipping, the standard refund procedure applies upon return and quality check.
5. Return Shipping
Customer’s bear return shipping costs of Rs. 200 which is deducted from the refund value. Galtic
covers shipping costs under specific conditions: manufacturing defect or damaged package.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, such as personalized or final sale products, are non-returnable.
